SIM HOUSE SMS Terms and Opt-In Disclosure

This page describes the Sim House SMS (text message) program operated by SIM HOUSE. These SMS Terms are part of, and incorporate by reference, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

About This Program

SIM HOUSE sends SMS messages through the ConnectMe2 platform messaging service, operated by Konnect Me 2 Inc. Messages are dispatched from a shared, brand-registered sender. Each message identifies the SIM HOUSE brand and includes opt-out instructions in compliance with CTIA and 10DLC requirements.

This program covers two distinct categories of messages, with separate consent and separate opt-out keywords:

1. Transactional messages (always on once you opt in): booking confirmations, appointment reminders, two-way scheduling replies, customer-service responses, payment receipts, and account/operational notices. 2. Service-related promotional messages (opt-in separately, where offered): flash sales, last-minute availability alerts, and special offers from SIM HOUSE. Promotional messaging is offered only by participating providers and is always optional.

Opt-out keywords

  • Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to opt out of all ConnectMe2 platform SMS — transactional and promotional. Opt-out is honored within seconds and confirmed by a single final message.
  • Reply STOP PROMO (or NO PROMOS, STOP MARKETING, UNSUB PROMO) to opt out of promotional messages only. Transactional messages such as booking confirmations and reminders will continue.
  • Reply RESUME PROMO to resume promotional messages after a STOP PROMO.
  • Reply HELP at any time for support contact information.
  • Reply START (or UNSTOP, YES) to re-subscribe after a full STOP.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by your activity, reservations, and which categories you have opted into.

1. Program Description

SIM HOUSE uses SMS to send the following categories of transactional messages from the ConnectMe2 sender, on its own behalf and on behalf of its customers (workspace operators) to mobile numbers that have explicitly opted in:

  • Account & authentication. One-time passcodes (OTPs), magic-link sign-in, account verification, password reset, two-factor authentication, and security alerts.
  • Bookings & reservations. Reservation confirmations, change/cancellation notices, check-in instructions, access credentials/codes, day-of reminders, and post-visit notes.
  • Customer care. Direct replies from a Sim House or operator team member to questions you initiate, including support follow-ups and dispute or claim updates.
  • Payments & billing. Payment receipts, refund confirmations, failed-payment notices, payment-method updates, subscription renewals, and dunning notices.
  • Operational alerts. Schedule changes, facility closures or weather-related changes, safety notices, and other status changes that affect a reservation you have made.
  • Service notifications. Membership status changes, waitlist notifications, eligibility decisions, and other transactional updates tied to your account.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS under this program. If we add a marketing channel in the future, we will collect a separate, distinct opt-in for that channel; your transactional consent will not be used as marketing consent. Marketing consent is never a condition of receiving service or transactional messages.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You may opt in to receive SMS from Sim House in any of the following ways:

  • Web form opt-in. Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the SIM HOUSE contact page at https://simhouse.connectme2.io//contact, on a workspace operator's checkout or membership signup page operated on ConnectMe2 (https://simhouse.connectme2.io/ or any operator subdomain), or on an account/profile form on those same sites — in each case after entering your mobile number on the form.
  • Inbound text. Replying START, YES, or UNSTOP to a confirmation SMS from one of our numbers.
  • Operator-initiated invite. Confirming a guest pass, booking, or membership invite that was sent to your number after a workspace operator entered it on your behalf and you completed the confirmation flow.

The disclosure shown next to each opt-in checkbox lists the message categories described in Section 1. By opting in, you authorize SIM HOUSE and the operator with whom you are transacting to send you SMS using automated technology to the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time — see Section 5.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity. You should generally expect to receive messages when you: make or change a reservation, approach your session start time, check in/out, or contact support. Typical frequency is up to 10 messages per month for an active customer, though volume may be higher during active booking cycles.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. SIM HOUSE does not charge for SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you based on your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan and any applicable fees.

5. Opt-Out and Help Keywords

  • Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from the program unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP or INFO at any time to receive contact information for support, including a link to this page.
  • Reply START, YES, or UNSTOP to re-subscribe after opting out.

6. Supported Carriers

The program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not guarantee message deliverability and are not responsible for any charges or failures imposed by your wireless provider.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

Your mobile number, SMS opt-in status, and message history are collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with subprocessors that help us deliver messages on our behalf (e.g., Twilio, our SMS provider), subject to confidentiality obligations.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. By opting in you represent that you have authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

9. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at https://simhouse.connectme2.io/sms-terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
